Your information may be used to provide information to you about your account with the site and to provide email reminders or other notifications to you regarding specific volunteer jobs.  Volunteer organizers in the organization(s) with which you are registered may use the site to send you requests to volunteer by email.

We use a variety of techniques to ensure that your personal information is protected and that it is accessible only by those who need to see it, as per this privacy policy.

This site uses cookies to track your login status while you are logged on and to maintain information about what you are doing in certain cases where an operation on the website involves multiple steps spread across two or more web pages.  We do not use cookies to track your activity on other sites nor to control your experience of this site based on anything you do on any other website.

If you purchase services from hineni.ca and for some reason you decide that you would like to cancel your service, your refund will be processed as follows.  If you cancel your account within 30 days of purchase or renewal, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel your service more than 30 days after purchase or renewal, you will receive a refund for any complete months of service which you have not yet used.  If you cancel with less than 30 days left in your subscription, no refund will be made.

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario.  You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of services) shall be in the courts of the Province of Ontario, or Canada state located in Toronto, Ontario.  Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase services) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.  Mooseware Limited's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Service shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.  Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these Terms of Service.  Mooseware Limited may assign its rights and duties under these Terms of Service to any party at any time without notice to you.
